J. Mark Winger is the co-founder of AI Custom Consulting and a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling successful businesses. Over three decades, he founded, operated, and grew multiple ventures—including a 5-Sigma Inc. 500 company—generating significant revenue and earning Inc. 500 recognition for three consecutive years. His expertise spans strategic technology implementation, operational efficiency, workflow automation, and data-driven growth strategies.
Since 2014, Mark has provided hands-on consulting to businesses while continuously modernizing core systems and platforms. He offers practical, results-oriented AI solutions that help business owners save time, streamline operations, and gain a competitive edge.
Grant Winker is the co-founder of AI Custom Consulting and has more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur working with emerging technologies, including search engine marketing, web development, online communities, live streaming, distributed ledger technologies, and AI.
Before launching his entrepreneurial career, Grant earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and worked at McDonnell Douglas during its merger with Boeing, gaining firsthand insight into operations inside a large corporation. He later completed master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics, acquiring valuable teaching and research experience along the way.
Grant has been working with AI since 2022, sees it as an essential part of modern work, and pays close attention to how quickly its capabilities continue to expand. He draws on his broad background and ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies to help clients find practical, useful ways to put AI to work.
Mark Winker is the co-founder of AI Custom Consulting and a software developer with experience building custom technology solutions. Since the early days of e-commerce in the late 1990s, he has specialized in developing tailored, database-driven applications and advanced API integrations to meet unique business needs.
He has founded and scaled multiple technology ventures, including a church streaming company that was successfully acquired in 2019. He is also the co-founder of Ministry Inbox, a communication and productivity platform for churches, where he has led the development of modern systems leveraging AI tools like Codex alongside advanced API integrations to rapidly build and deploy new applications.
Mark brings a practical, results-oriented approach to AI, helping organizations move beyond basic tools to implement powerful, custom solutions that save time, streamline operations, and enable new capabilities.
